SNOW CREEK

The trailhead begins after hiking about a mile up the access road, a steep easy warm-up for the trail ahead. The views are fantastic and get better as you ascend the trail on long switchbacks. This trail provides some (if not the best) views of the pass and valley below, all under the towering mountain right in front of you.

We will leave Lakeview parking lot, drive to snow creek and park on Snow Creek Road north of the village. There is no parking on the street in front of the trailhead.

This is a strenuous hike. Estimate 6 hours to complete. Bring at least 2L of water and a snack.
